Frequency and Temperature Dependencies of Water Permittivity in Submillimeter Wave Range

Abstract


Numerical model is suggested for calculation frequency and temperature dependencies of water permittivity in submillimeter wave range THz mm)). It shows a smooth transition from the Debye polarization mechanism to the resonant one and ensures good agreement with experimental data (with no more than 5 % error).
