Electromagnetic Wave Propagation through a Biisotropic Transition Layer

Abstract


An isotropic Epstein transition layer model is generalized to the biisotropic plane-layered media. The problem of normal incidence of a plane lineary polarized electromagnetic wave on such layer is solved analytically. The analysis of transmission and reflection coefficients reveals nonreflection modes in such media.
