Identification of Observation of Radiating Objects

Abstract

Statistical model of the random multiscale observation of radio sources is built using the generating functional technique for the system of several radars. The problem of identification of multiscale observation is solved as a problem of stating and checking the finding – resolution – measurement statistical hypotheses simultaneously for all observations.
